We surf in the ocean and we can’t say it’s exactly
clean,
can we?. The Earth’s future doesn’t look to
promising
either, unless we’d be keen to surf in Burgos when the sea
level
raises.
As surfers, couldn’t we set a good example by adopting
environmental friendly habits?...

Fiesta
Travolta, a band including some ex Surfing Bichos, warming
up
the engines on Saturday June 2nd, E-Gaztea Fiesta with a little concert
by Andrew Kidman, followed by Makaaalaa! That’s June the 8th
….Some goood times! World class BBQ at the beach in Gros
(Zurriola) with screenings, Kurando, Gabi “Maratón
Funk” and Nota… all goood! Well,
that’s if it

Exhibition and book edition
“Way of the Bird” or
“Cómo el
pájaro” is a kid’s surf story
book. Andrew
Kidman’s photography is illustrated by Andy Davis and it
tells
the store of a kid who learns to surf with the help of an old surfer.
The book is being edited in Basque and Spanish. Andrew Kidman will also
be presenting the exhibition with some of the book’s
originals,
screen prints from his films Litmus and Glass Love, works by Neal
Purchase. And works can be purchased too! Aren’t we lucky!!...
