One of the best waves in Chile, El Buey, in Arica, is being threatened by the construction of jetties. The foundation of this project, or its execution, is neither clear nor defined. Kohl Christensen, along with Ramon Navarro and other surfers, travel to Arica on several occasions to surf this wave before it possibly disappears.
