The selecting committee will choose the best 20 short-films, to be screened at Surfilfmestibal 11. Moreover, besides the Jury, the public will have the chance to vote live for the best short-film, NOISE is our judging method of choice!! The short-film that triggers the loudest audience reaction wins!
