Have you ever seen the Iberian wall lizard that lives in the Island of Santa Clara? Come and join us in our caravan and you’ll discover it!

The main character in all shots taken from the bay, a symbol of San Sebastian, one of the few classic spots in the city where the festival hadn't kicked up a fuss, so this time we've teamed up with C4supcenter  and we've come up with a social picnic to give the island the recognition it deserves, and in the meantime, to get the surfers out of Gros, for a change.

The program is simple: grab a SUP (Stand Up Paddle), a sandwich and a drink, and paddle towards the island. We all get together there for a community self catered picnic, including Treasure Hunt, courtesy of Patagonia -a  wettie hidden somewhere on the island.

We’ll set two groups to take off from Gondolin Klub (c/Hernani) at 13.00 for first time paddlers and at 13:30 for the ones who already have it dialled. We’ll arrive in the island at about 14.00 and we’ll haave plenty of time to eat something and drink the cider Marcelo is bringing, before going back to the mainland at 16:00.

You need to make a reservation! The price is 25€ for beginners, which will be accompanied by an instructor (one for each group of 4), and 18€ for those who just need to rent equipment. Hurry up! they’ll run out of boards, for sure!

If paddling is not your cup of tea, you can hop on a boat (Motoras de la Isla or Catamarán Ciudad de San Sebastián). They leave every hour starting at 10am.
