Two unique skate stories to kick off the festival. Digging, tells the store of the first skate bow ever built in Spain. How it has remained underground for 30 years, and how some passionate skaters dug it out recovering a myth. Skateistan is a mind blowing story about two volunteers in Kabul, where they connect with the local kids through their skateboards

A documentary film about a group of local skaters, lead by Jose Manuel Roura, who dig out the first skatepark in Spain, buried years ago. They did it without expecting anythiing in exchange, encouraged by their passion for skateboarding. The reward: new friends, good times and showing themselves that nothing is impossible. It's a story with little talking and loads of hard work. The story of a wish, a story of friendship, commitment and willpower. A skateboard story.
