A film about friendship, surf, snowboard, skate, Japanese tradition and food, and on how all of these concepts relate and interact with each other.
NY City based Japanese artist Hisham Bharoocha, travels to Japan to meet some old friends, the Maki brothers. Together they jump on a mobile-home-bus that takes them to several “sliding” spots in Japan, starting with a surf spot and friend’s skate school near Tokio, all the way to Hokkaido and its neighbouring islands, to taste some of the most frigid and breathtaking surfing spots in the country.
